Rafael is an International Salsa DJ based in Tokyo-Japan since October 2008. In and from Japan he has been performing and promoting several important events around the world.
For six years before coming to Japan he was DJ’ing in Australia and New Zealand where the dancers granted him the title “EL SENOR DE LA SALSA” for the ability to keep a Salsa crowd dancing all night with his wide musical repertoire.
DJ RAFAEL was lucky to have enjoyed the big Salsa Music phenomenon "La Fania All Stars " during his childhood in Ecuador. There he commenced his large collection of Latin music, which today combined with many years of performing in different countries give him the confidence to create an unforgettable music experience.
