In November 2008 Rafael started djing for us during our regular mambo nights. Rafael continues to impress our followers with his ability to adapt to varying crowds also pleasing our demanding Japanese clientele. Now he is one of our official Salsa Mambo DJs.

For 4 years we were hosting the “Salsa in the City” Event at the Park Hyatt Hotel which acted as a magnet on Friday nights bringing everyone together with a passion for Salsa. A key reason for making this venue such a success was Rafael’s talent of selecting just the right music for the night making everyone dance week by week from the far advanced to the humble beginners.
We have also utilised Rafael’s skills during numerous other events such as the Salsa Beach Party 2003, the Wine & Salsa Festival 2004, the New Years Eve Carnival 2005 and the St Kilda Beach Festivals 2007 & 2008.
